Are you an expert with the Learning Management System module of SuccessFactors? This financial services business in Canary Wharf urgently need your help. Initially the contract is for two months to help them get over a delay in the module implementation, however there will be some post-live enhancements and fixes to be completed and there is the strong possibility that the role may be extended.
You will work as part of the HR Systems Team to support the L&D department in implementing the SuccessFactors LMS module, moving away from their existing system (Saba). You will help to perform UAT, answer queries and sole data issues. You'll also help to configure the system and develop training documentation.
You will need previous experience of implementing SuccessFactors LMS module to hit the ground running, and wider knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules would also be highly desirable. This is a highly technical role and you will need to be able to analyse and present data. You must also be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.
