About the Company
Our client is a highly regarded and sizeable global financial services organisation with the HQ based in Asia.
Reporting in to the Group Head of Talent Management & OD you be responsible for managing key Talent Management & Succession planning processes. You will partner closely with the CHRO and CEO to drive HiPo processes working directly with the top 10% performing individuals across the organisation at a Group and Country level. You will manage talent strategy, annual talent processes and talent related projects, working closely with the OD, Learning and HR team. You must have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
The Successful Applicant
You will ideally be an accomplished pure Talent Management or Talent & OD specialist (SVP / Senior Manager level) with circa 12 - 15 years experience operating in another global financial services organisation. Our client will also consider HR BP's with a track record managing high touch annual Talent & Succession planning processes working with the leadership team in a large corporate.
Note: Due to the organisation's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
