Regional Talent Acquisition Manager

We are delighted to partner with a European Technology company to recruit for a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for Asia. As part of their directives to drive organic growth across multiple locations in Asia, the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager will conceptualise and execute talent acquisition strategies in the region, as well as supporting the local TA partners.

Job Description

The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager will be the trusted partner to the senior leadership team where he/she will drive recruitment strategies and directions to support a culture of high performance in their organisation, while establishing a best-in-class recruitment framework and processes to drive business growth. This include partnering business leaders to proactively identify executive talent gaps, developing recruitment strategies and roadmaps that are supportive of the organisation’s ambitious growth agenda and act as a mentor / coach to the onsite local TA partners particularly during high growth stages. As part of the wider Asia Pacific recruitment team, the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager will also drive and support relevant employer branding campaigns to ensure strong candidate experience and attraction on various platforms.

The Successful Candidate

You should have at least 8 years of track record in talent acquisition experience, preferably gained from a highly matrix and fast paced environment. As part of the senior HR team, you can critically evaluate and recommend suitable TA strategies to support a high growth organisation across multiple locations in Asia. You are analytical and numerically savvy to identify and enhance potential, if any, TA strategies and provide support to the TA team. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive talent programmes across multiple sites.
