Talent Acquisition, 6 month temporary/FTC
Watford (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)
£180 – £220 per day

This is a great opportunity for either an agency recruiter looking to move to internal TA or someone already with experience of in-house recruitment to join this organisation in a busy time to manage a range of roles up to manager level


  • Managing the recruitment and all recruitment coordination of new and replacement hires for a small financial services business
  • Working closely with line managers to understand requirements and support with their recruitment
  • Manager between 20 – 30 roles at a time, from entry level to management, all office based roles/head office location
  • sourcing of candidates, utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, agency relationships and other methods of attracting potential employees
  • Interviewing first round candidates and taking them through the first stages of the process


  • Experience in a recruitment role, either from an agency or inhouse background
  • Strong relationship building skills, experience of advising, working to deadlines and managing expectations
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work at pace to source, interview and take through to offer

This is a 6 month contract on a day rate £180 – £220 per day, you will be in the office 3 days a week as part of their hybrid model and will be flexible on this depending on business needs
