Talent Acquisition Advisor
We are partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional looking to further develop their in-house experience within a collaborative, people-focused environment.
As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service, supporting the hiring of specialist talent. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll shape and deliver effective hiring strategies while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from approval through to offer
- Proactively sourcing candidates using a range of direct sourcing techniques
- Screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and coordinating selection processes
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
- Supporting employer branding and attraction strategies, including social media activity
- Providing market insight and recruitment best practice advice
- Ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience for all candidates
You will bring:
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or agency (professional services experience essential)
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Confidence in direct sourcing and headhunting candidates
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools
