£30,000-£35,000 + Bonus and excellent benefits

As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition in directly recruiting across a range of roles that include legal and corporate services. You will engage and understand the needs of their hiring managers, write job adverts, use Linked In to source suitable candidates as well as CV databases and undertake telephone screening interviews. You will also be responsible for connecting with their established networks and social media to source and engage the right people for their business, expertly matching skills and behaviours to open vacancies and creating talent pipelines for future opportunities. There will also be an opportunity to support new initiatives and projects.
To be successful in this role you will have recent and relevant experience operating within a pure Talent Acquisition role, supporting corporate functions. You’ll be driven and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and have familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Your driven and self-motivated attitude along with your exceptional customer service skills and ability to develop excellent stakeholder relationships will be of real interest to my client.
