Talent Acquisition Advisor – Private Equity
Our client is a US founded international firm with businesses across property development, property management and investments. Currently spanning across more than 50 offices in the US, Europe, LATAM and APAC region, they are considered one of the world’s largest property management companies and continue to operate as a private company. Through their own capital, the firm launches investment arms that include joint ventures and the delivery of global funds to third parties which has contributed to their success.
Reporting to the Senior Director for Talent Acquisition based in the UK, your role will lead all corporate hiring functions as well as investment led positions across APAC through the sourcing, evaluating and recruiting of top talent into the company. You’ll effectively identify the suitable skills and behaviours whilst gaining a thorough understanding of the company’s values and requirements in order to appoint the best talent into the firm. Aside from recruiting, you’ll possess an in-depth understanding of corporate hiring whilst providing market intel and contribute to decision-making alongside internal stakeholders and leaders within the business.
We are seeking an individual who brings at least 5 years recruiting experience within the corporate functions in the financial or professional services industry. It’s desirable if you bring APAC experience and have operated in an international business. Aside from hands-on recruiting experience, you should possess excellent commercial awareness and strong interpersonal & communication skills. Bilingual candidates who speak more than one language will be a strong advantage due to the international business and APAC coverage that this role brings.
