Due to an upcoming maternity leave, there is an outstanding opportunity for a competent HR professional to join one of Australia's leading peak body organisations. This role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process of all positions and provide generalist HR support to the 300+ employees.
This is a low-volume, high-touch role where the emphasis is on quality and service delivery, typically recruiting up to 10 roles at a time from within all areas of the business. As this is a small team, there is also opportunity to get involved in standard HR calendar initiatives such as rem reviews, performance reviews, engagement survey, etc.
