What you'll be doing…
- You will be looking after candidate generation for assessment centres so you will need to be highly organised as you will be managing a busy workload.
- You must be able to re-prioritise when needed due to the high volume of applicants and assessment centres.
- Due to the collaborative nature of the firm you will need to confidently communicate with stakeholders of all levels. You will also need to engage with new graduates and get them excited about the different opportunities and career progression the firm can offer.
- Having recruitment or resourcing experience will be beneficial as you will be experienced sourcing potential candidates via CV and telephone screening to really find the right person for the opportunity.
This role is paying between 25- £32K depending on experience. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to advance their graduate or recruitment career, with the opportunity to gain invaluable experience within a specialist firm with global prescence.
