This is a hugely exciting & newly created position for a Talent Acquisition Assistant / Coordinator to join a highly reputable and dynamic organisation based in Oxford. This organisation has grown to become the largest in Europe within their specialist field and expect to continue to rapidly grow, adding new countries and products to their portfolio.

As the Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This is an integral role, where you will act as the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries for employees and external candidates. This is a fast paced and varied position where you will help draft job descriptions, post vacancies to relevant job boards and ensure live roles are submitted to the ATS. You will also be accountable for organising interviews, providing interview feedback to candidates and hiring managers and completing regular audits and maintaining all job descriptions of all UK Vacancies.
To be successful in this role it is essential you have a background in recruitment or HR administration, have experience in managing complex diaries and have the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. You must be proactive, able to work on your own autonomy and be resilient, with excellent attention to detail.
