My client is a global Financial Services organisation, operating in over 40 countries and an international hub located in the city. HR has a prominent seat at the table and the talent acquisition team work closely with the commercial divisions to deliver a bespoke recruitment offering.
This position will drive the talent attraction and brand awareness piece for an EMEA population group, work closely on the hands on recruitment needs for the region as well as closely advising stakeholders on the challenges and tends within the markets. This will require someone used to operating with complex clients and fast paced deliverables, an ability to handle culturally diverse hiring needs and a strong ability to analyse talent.
Whilst the TA team operates as a Centre of Excellence, they are aligned by either region or Business Unit, so all Recruiters are able to operate outside of their comfort zone. Initially this is a 12 month FTC covering a few changes in the team, but with the possibility to go beyond that moving forward.
