Our client, a top tier global professional services firm known for their excellent reputation and solid brand identity is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Associate to join their well established and high caliber HR team to focus on the identification and placement of Consulting Talent across the US.

Sitting regularly in any of their locations (Dallas, Chicago, DC, Boston) this skilled, full cycle recruitment professional will offer experience out of management consulting or professional services environments known for intellectual rigor and a high talent bar. Delivering Consultant talent largely at the Associate level, this very visible hire will be a skilled relationship manager with an eye towards exceptional candidate care. They will have proven stakeholder influencing skills at the senior level, and will enjoy getting to know their candidates and clients while messaging a strong brand proposition into the market. Solid project management experience is highly desired and the ability to recruit in multiple markets will be helpful.
