They are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the team in this business-critical role.
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading the transition from an agency-led sourcing model to a direct sourcing model.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that align with the business goals and objectives, ensuring that they attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
In addition, you will be tasked with managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, and providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker having had experience supporting hiring into Professional services businesses with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. This role will suit someone who can work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve their business objectives.
