Talent Acquisition Business Partner (South Region)
We’re working with a client in the energy sector who is looking to hire a manufacturing/plant recruiting manager in St. Petersburg, FL. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will support the South region, consisting of 10-15 energy plants.
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will manage 1 recruiter, but will be able to leverage the HR Business Partners in the field, their RPO partners, occasional contract recruiters, and the recruiting operations team for support filling an average of 60-80 ongoing requisitions consisting of unskilled hourly, skilled hourly, engineering, and corporate function roles across the region. This manager will be responsible for determining the best search strategy for each open position in the field and handle all regular reporting requirements to internal stakeholders on the status of open searches. This is a player/coach position which will entail both managing resources, as well as directly sourcing for and managing a number of requisitions.
This is a newly created role as part of a regional HR partnering model our client recently rolled out, reporting into a VP of Human Resources with dotted line reporting to the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager. Our client is seeking candidates with 5+ years of proven experience hiring for and managing the recruitment function for field roles in an industrial setting.

The listed salary range serves as a guide and the salary offered within that range to the candidate selected will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
