An exciting opportunity for a global insurance organisation looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, the organisation is keen to find someone who would love a career in recruitment and this is an opportunity to develop that in-house and learn from a very supportive team and manager
Based in Ipswich 2 days a week with occasional travel to the London office, you will be supporting the team of recruiters with the internal movement and external hiring of the business
DUTIES
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners with scheduling interviews, coordinating availability, booking meeting rooms
- Post jobs on the careers website, job boards and social media
- Support pre and post interview with feedback collation and data collection
- Support the onboarding team with pre-employment checks and work with external parties to support a quick and timely process
- Support the hiring manager with regular communications in the lead up to a new starter joining
- Database administration for applicants utilising the ATS
- Offer recommendations on better processes to ensure you are always working smarter and efficiently.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Administration or Coordination experience is essential, you will be highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
- A strong multi-taking ability demonstrated in an administrative capacity previously
- Agency resourcing/recruitment experience, or inhouse recruitment or administration experience is desirable but not essential
- However a passion for a career in recruitment is more important.
- You will have excellent communication skills, being able to work with all levels of colleagues in a business
