Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with an award winning and market leading Professional Services firm in Bath to help them recruit a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator.

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for all administration and co-ordination around the recruitment process, you will ideally have worked within a Professional Services firm where you have administered candidate assessments, dealt with high volumes of interview scheduling, advertising of roles, pre-screening candidates and providing feedback. You will know how to deliver a good candidate experience and have excellent stakeholder management skills, ensuring you are keeping hiring managers up to date on the process and supporting with their requirements efficiently.
This role requires someone who has had exposure to working with and managing a candidate management system and knows how to prioritise their workload.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate proven experience of working within a supportive capacity within Talent Acquisition. You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills, be proficient in the administration involved in the end-to-end recruitment process and will have the professionalism to engage with all levels of people across the firm. You will have excellent IT skills along with outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
