A great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a global professional services company providing IT consulting and services. As part of the Talent Acquisition Team you will responsible for coordinating the overall operation of graduate recruitment campaigns, as well as delivering end to end recruitment services across the business at all levels. Coordination of the graduate campaign will involve attending University recruitment fairs, reviewing and shortlisting applications and running assessment centres. In this Talent Acquisition role you will establish and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders, developing sourcing methodologies to ensure talent within niche markets is sourced.
Previous experience in a similar high volume or graduate recruitment role is essential, where you have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and practices. Technical expertise sourcing roles within IT, Technology or Digital is essential.
This is a 3 month contract role based in Melbourne CBD with potential to be extended.
