About our client

Our client is an exciting entrepreneurial technology start-up and becoming "the next big thing" of start-up's here in Singapore, with a global remit. Having gone through the first stage of growth, the company is now seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their dynamic HR team in their head quartered office in Singapore.

Job Description

Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to drive effective recruitment. You will partner with the senior leadership team to acquire the best talent to meet business needs. You will be able to work with different regions within APAC to fulfill their recruitment needs. You should be able to create, build and maintain a network and pipeline of potential talent to fill future and planned roles.
Employer branding is critical to be their continued ability to attract the best talent in the market and this is a key project to be involved in.

Requirements

Ideally, you should be equipped with Degree level education in human resources or related field. You should have at least 6-10 years of talent acquisition experience in large international organizations, preferably with in-house talent acquisition or recruitment agency experiences. The successful individual should be hands on and able to operate both strategically and tactically. You should be used to working in a high paced environment and happy to be in a start up where things aren't perfect, but you are willing to help get them there.
