Due to continued growth and success, they are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialists to services a number of portfolios across the business.
In this role you will manage the end to end recruitment life-cycle, manage internal and external relationships and develop and implement talent acquisition and talent pipeline strategies.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working as part of the Talent acquisition team, you will play an important role in being a brand ambassador and delivering talent acquisition goals.
You will bring experience recruiting roles across disciplines which might include HR, Finance, Customer Services and IT. A Background working in Financial Services may be helpful but is not required.
You will have strong stakeholder management skills and will have a collaborative approach.
The roles are initially for 3 months with potential to extend. Sydney CBD based.
