Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are delighted to be partnering with a top tier law firm who are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their high performing team for an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

Partnering closely with the in-house recruitment team this role plays a critical part in proactive talent sourcing and candidate management.

Description

  • Liaise with the recruitment team to arrange interviews
  • Act as a first point of contact for candidates regarding interviews
  • Administration and database management
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador
  • Ad hoc administrative duties
  • Provide an overall exceptional candidate experience

Profile

  • Experience in either a Recruitment role or HR Administration position
  • Use of recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and Page Up experience advantageous
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Polished, neat, professional presentation
  • Energised by connecting with new people
