A great opportunity for someone with some Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience to support the wider TA team and HRBP’s with the coordination and searching of candidates for this global manufacturing business.
You’ll want to learn, push your career forward and aim for promotion as this business will accommodate career progression and loves someone who has initiative and ideas around better ways of working.
The role requires travel to a couple of locations on a weekly basis, travel will be paid for and the locations will be around 1 a hour drive from Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for managing your own diary.
DUTIES
- Build internal relationships with key stakeholders in the business
- Own the recruitment process reporting to the HRBP
- Support with all feedback before and after interviews
- Be responsible for screening CVs, initial reach out calls and management of applications
- Update the ATS and internal recruitment dashboards
- Update the social media and careers website
- Offer ideas on how to work smarter, new processes and better ways of working
- Work closely with the onboarding team for pre-employment checks
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Administration or coordination experience within either HR or recruitment
- You’ll be able to multi-task, work to deadlines, manage projects and processes
- Have strong relationship building and communication skills and able to work with stakeholders across the business
- Be excited about working in a busy environment where you have responsibility for multiple processes, have ideas and be ambitious and driven to work in a great, high performing team
