Join the HR team as Talent Acquisition Coordinator where you will support the team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. You will be responsible for supporting end to end recruitment services across the business at all levels, where you will provide all support such as updating systems, generating contracts, coordinating interviews and supporting various recruitment projects covering campaign recruitment, talent pipelines, employee branding and process improvements.
Previous experience in a similar recruitment support role is essential where you have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and practices. An understanding of the retail and/or hospitality industry is advantageous.
This is a 3 month Fixed Term Contract role starting immediately based in Richmond, Victoria.
