About Our Client
Our client is a renowned household brand in the IT space with a global outreach. They are market leaders in what they do and have aggressive plans to further strengthen their business and build a stronger market standing globally. They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition lead to take charge of the expansion and branding for the organization.
This is a newly created position reporting into Regional HR Director. You will be responsible for the talent acquisition agenda across the region and embark on and helping to build a first-class recruitment experience for candidates and hence employer branding. You will work closely with the HR Director in designing the talent acquisition strategy and working closely with the country HR partners to discuss on market specific challenges and new avenues to source for individuals that will fit the organization's longer-term goals. You will be dealing with various stakeholders from HR to the business to understand their hiring requirements and ensure maintaining strong relationships through immaculate stakeholder management.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess approximately 8-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in the IT sector, equipped with a degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. The successful candidate would be strong in identifying the correct channels to search, build pipeline and engage external stakeholders when deem fit. The individual should be forward thinking and able to work through people to gain success. They will be requiring this person to be highly hands-on and the team is quite lean and have the EQ to navigate around a highly fast paced and demanding environment.
