An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join a highly reputable and established organisation based in Horsham, London or Kent. As the Talent Acquitition lead you will report into the HR Director and will support the Regional HR Business Partners with the complete 360 recruitment process with emphasis on sourcing high calibre talent and volume recruitment, and taking control of the candidate onboarding process. This is a busy and varied role where you will be responsible for supervising the recruitment team and reporting on performance, manage the PSL, budget control for all aspects of recruitment and analysing recruitment data and making recommendations and planning strategic execution of recruitment campaigns.

In addition, you will advise hiring managers on recruitment methods, work closely with the schools and universities to maintain yearly intake of student hires and attend recruitment fairs.

If you have previous inhouse recruitment experience, have worked in a fast paced corporate environment and have excellent stakeholder management skills this will be of great interest to my client. You will be passionate about recruitment, proactive in your approach and innovative in your ideas.
