My client, an exciting, high growth, healthcare technology business are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead to focus on Clinical recruitment and oversee a small team of recruiters to support the clinical operations of the organisation. The Talent Acquisition Lead will partner with hiring managers within Clinical Operations to establish effective and efficient recruitment strategies to source top talent including GP's, Clinicians, Pharmacists, Therapists, Nurses and Phlebotomists. They will also proactively develop relationships with prospective talent and build talent pipelines, acts as a brand ambassador and promote vacancies within the business, work with the internal People team on the onboarding process and internal movements and gather and communicate data and performance metrics to share with leadership inside and outside of the Talent Acquisition function.
Solid experience manging the full end to end recruitment process is essential for this position, as is the knowledge of clinical vacancies. A analytical mindset, ability to effectively communicate with leadership and experience leading and mentoring junior members of staff is also key.
