Talent Acquisition Manager
Our client is one of the biggest energy management globally. They recently appointed a new Head of Talent Acquisition and are building a new Talent Acquisition Team to dive cultural changes to the company.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition manager will be working closely with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and providing advice on talent acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for managing working relationships with external vendors and monitoring activity levels and providing reports periodically. Projects involvement would include employer branding.
This Talent Acquisition Manager should have a minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition in sizable organizations, ideally from professional services industries. You will need to have high proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese. It is critical for this position to be able to work interdependently and engage with senior stakeholders.
