Having undergone an exciting period of change, they are now looking to recruit a proactive Internal Recruitment Manager to partner with the Global Research & Development facility in Liverpool and manage a small team. You will be responsible for providing clear direction and guidance to your team to maximise performance, supporting them in finding niche skills. You proactively support the attraction and engagement of the best talent.
With a focus on offering a high level of service to your hiring managers, you will build relationships with stakeholders in order to understand the hiring needs of the division and taking briefs on senior vacancies within the function. You will provide a smooth and professional candidate experience to both external and internal candidates, looking at new hires as well as internal mobility. You will become a trusted advisor to the business and find solutions to recruitment challenges.
The ideal candidate will have 360 recruitment experience working with a variety of stakeholders and challenging recruitment needs. You have a strong focus on offering an amazing candidate experience and building a talent pipeline. You will have people engagement and coaching experience and have an innovative and creative approach to direct sourcing. Experience partnering with a Research & Development division or technical function would be advantageous. In return you will work for a well-known, household name and play a pivotal part in the development of this function.
Salary dependant on experience c. £50,000 - £60,000+ Competitive Benefits.
