You will head up the recruitment team and be solely responsible for all recruitment activity meaning you will play a vital role in the strategic planning of resourcing and talent.
The role comes with a broad range of responsibility and will see you take the lead on all levels of recruitment to include senior hires, recruitment projects, employer branding, graduate recruitment and process improvement.
You will work collaboratively with the wider HR team to ensure alignment of recruitment and resourcing into the wider people plan.

As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will bring several years of recruitment experience within an in-house role so that you can have immediate impact - knowledge of managing an applicant tracking system is essential and any experience within psychometric testing is desirable.
You will have good knowledge and understanding of Employer branding and the implementation of a recruitment marketing strategy and will of facilitated early careers recruitment campaigns.
Your excellent direct sourcing skills and ability to utilise social media for candidate attraction/sourcing will make the transition into this role seamless, having worked and influenced at senior level hires your stakeholder management skills will be an asset to this organisation.

The salary is between £40-£45K depending on the experience you bring to the role.
