I am delighted to work exclusively with an expanding, international Law Firm to support them in their search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to focus on direct sourcing. This is a newly created position which requires a self starter who is confident articulate and passionate about the service they develop and deliver.
You will have responsibility for the direct sourcing of the associate population across the UK and EMEA. These vacancies could be either replacement or newly created therefore you will need to build string relationships with Partners in order to understand the team structure, dynamic and team fit. You will have a consultative approach, providing feedback on direct sourcing and challenging expectations where necessary. You will develop attraction strategies and build your social media presence.
As this is a newly created role you will be responsible for developing processes for direct sourcing and therefore have a strong background in sourcing and attraction strategies. Experience utilising social media and building an online presence is highly desirable. Experience recruiting within the legal sector - either agency or in-house is advantageous but we will also consider strong recruiters working within professional services.
More important is your characteristics and drive - as this is newly created they need someone keen to take ownership of this function and develop these processes. You are project orientated, organised and focused. You will approach this with energy, enthusiasm, and drive to succeed. This position is based in Leeds with flexibility to work from home, you will also need to travel to London to build relationships with stakeholders and attend meetings.
