We are delighted to be working with a leading player in the Industrial sector. A pioneer in their field with an excellent team of senior management, they are looking to recruit a high caliber Talent Acquisition Manager to enable them to identify and develop talent.


About the Job

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Global TA Director, the Talent Acquisition Manager will work very closely with the management team and will play a critical role in developing and implementing the talent strategy for the organization at a regional level. This will include partnering with business leaders to identify and fill executive talent gaps across Asia, developing recruitment strategies and roadmaps that are align with the company's objectives and business plans, as well as contributing to policies and plans for talent management & retention in accordance with group level policies and local labor market trends.


The Successful Applicant
To succeed, you should be holding Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related. You are a seasoned recruiter with at least 10 years of talent acquisition / recruiting experience, preferably with prior experience in search firms. A decisive individual, you possess a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation and detail oriented perspective. You have excellent communication and influencing skills, able to manage stakeholders across all levels within the organization.
