Talent Acquisition Manager

Our client, a highly regarded large MNC, is looking for an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager to join the Regional TA team based in Singapore. This individual will personally manage all Manager to Director level hiring end-to-end across Asia, partnering closely with the Leadership team, while also overseeing a small team of accomplished Recruiters who will manage entry-senior hiring.

Reporting into the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, and working as part of a collaborative TA team, you will enjoy operating in a high performance and matrix organisation in a busy TA Manager position, working alongside other TA Managers who partner different business areas. Your team will manage talent acquisition; attraction, interviewing, pipelining, processes and offer management end-to-end, managing high volumes of hiring annually across a number of countries.

You will consult and advise Leadership on the best approach to hiring for each bespoke role, managing; internal mobility, direct hiring, referrals, as well as utilising vendors and other sourcing channels where required. You will also drive Talent Acquisition programmes, events and thought leadership for the Professional Services community to further strengthen your network. You will operate as a trusted adviser to your professional services client group building strong relationships with the business heads and leadership team. You will be comfortable overseeing entry - mid level hiring client relationship management of your team and ensuring successful delivery for your business area via your team of recruiters.

You will be an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager, based in Singapore, with a track record operating in a large, global, professional services organisations (Real Estate, Tech / Strategy Consulting, Accounting etc). Previous in-house experience is required and SEA / Regional experience is preferred. You will enjoy operating in a team manager role as part of a busy and collaborative team. You will also enjoy operating in a position with a high volume of work, following the necessary processes and governance end-to-end, with a focus on quality relationships and outcomes. You will be passionate about Technology, Innovation and Transformation and enjoy working with an employer who is continuously innovating!
