A fast growing consulting client of ours is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team to assist with their unprecedented growth.
This role will be a Jack/Jill of all trades. In this role, you will source and identify top talent, screen resumes and interview candidates. You'll provide advice and coaching to
hiring managers and interviewers, and foster and maintain relationships. You will also establish creative strategies to attract potential candidates, and assist with other HR projects as needed.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll bring your innovative approach to this role. You'll have a minimum of 1-4 years of recruiting and Talent Acquisition experience and possess hands-on experience in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment. You will ideally have healthcare, marketing, and communications industry experience. You'll have vast knowledge of effective recruitment practices (e.g. social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, network searches, and other creative approaches), and have excellent communication and decision-making skills with outstanding organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
