Talent Acquisition Manager
Our client is one of the leading real estate giants. They are well known for developing and building novel, and practical spaces that gives their customers an enriching experience. They do have property developments many sectors such as residential, retail, commercial, industrial, etc. Other than real estate, they do have other businesses as well such as social enterprise, food, and beverage, etc. They are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and outstanding HR Manager to join their team.
Reporting directly to the Head of HRBP, you will be working closely with the team. Your role is to lead and guide the Talent Acquisition team and to provide talent insights in planning and developing effective and efficient resourcing strategy for all positions across the company. You will be required to do hands-on end-to-end recruitment apart from people management. You will provide data analytics such as KPI tracking, monthly stats, etc to the management team.
The Successful Applicant
To be succeed in this role, ideally you will need to possess a minimum of 6 years relevant experience within Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate should have people management skills sets prior. You will need to have experience hiring for rank-and-file positions or in industries such as manufacturing, retail, hospitality, F&B, etc. It would be great if you have experience doing volume hiring too.
