About Our Client
Our client is a leading hi-tech industrial firm with a strong regional presence and business in the industrial sector. With an expanding business, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the team and create effective recruitment and employer branding strategies for the region as well as ensure a successful growth plan.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will hold responsibility of managing the team and full spectrum of end-to-end recruitment process and bring forward Talent Acquisition solutions to support business plans and organizational growth. You will be required to drive the talent acquisition agenda across the region. The incumbent will also deal with senior stakeholders to understand their hiring requirements and ensure maintaining strong relationships through immaculate stakeholder management.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess approximately 5-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience equipped with a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. The successful candidate would come with proved track record of recruiting diverse professional disciplines, preferably in a highly technical engineering/manufacturing environment. The ability to showcase passion in the brand and strong stakeholder management skills will be critical to the success of this candidate. Additionally, they will be looking out for someone who is a strong team-player to continue contributing to the success of the collaborative culture.
