Our client is a highly-regarded global technology company with a well-established reputation and a presence in over 15 markets across the Asia Pacific. Currently in a position of growth, they are seeking an ambitious and driven talent acquisition lead to join their team based in Tokyo.

This role will be part of a global talent acquisition team and will be given the mandate to drive the firm’s recruitment efforts in the North Asia region focusing primarily on Japan. Partnering directly with key decision makers across the various business lines, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of talent acquisition, employer branding, and campus recruitment, and play a key role in supporting the ambitious growth plans of the business.

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in high-volume recruitment ideally in the technology or IT space, and you will be comfortable in a highly matrixed and international environment. You are a successful talent partner who can build relationships quickly and operate in a fast-paced culture. Furthermore, you have an excellent command of the Japanese and English languages, with proficiency in Mandarin or Korean being a major plus!
