I am excited to be working with a Technology Recruitment consultancy that is leading in its field and growing internationally on their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager.
Specialists in their fields the dedicated consultants work with IT leaders placing world class technology experts into niche roles across London, Frankfurt and Barcelona. As Talent Acquisition Manager you will be supporting the ambitious growth plans of the business across both the International and London presence and supporting the overall Talent strategy for the business. Reporting into the Director of People you will also have one direct report and will be supporting their development.
Within this role you will be covering the direct sourcing and strategic demand planning based on these growth plans with a big focus on London and Barcelona. You will be involved in creating the Employee Brand Proposition, working closely with marketing to develop a industry leading strategy. You will have experience working on multiple social media platforms and will have implemented such campaigns. You will be leading on the potential recruitment consultant pipeline and working along side senior leaders to prepare for current and future growth within their teams.
The successful candidate for this role will have worked in a sales or recruitment based environment from a internal talent or recruitment role. You will have recruited up to senior level consultants and will be able to evidence your capability around talent pipelining, planning and management of key recruitment projects. Ideally you will have worked with psychometric testing and assessment tools alongside competency based interviewing. You will be an excellent communicator, diligent and organised. You will be driven by the success and team achievement and passionate about what you do.
