Talent Acquisition Manager – Technology
Our client is a fast-growing FinTech market leader, with a high-growth and collaborative culture. We are looking for an exceptional, ambitious, and strategic Technology Recruiter to join their team, partnering with the brightest minds in the business.
With expansion plans within their Technology division, there is a need to bring in a new Technology Recruiter to manage the existing demands over recruitment, as well as defining and delivering the recruitment strategy and process. They have a volume of technology hires, so they need to make sure the team and this person are lined up to help fulfil, understand, and anticipate the needs of the business. You will provide advisory support as well as end to end management of your Talent Acquisition portfolio.
This is a ‘hands-on’ role where you will deliver resourcing, sourcing methods, time to hire, volume and niche positions whilst working closely with senior leadership team. This is a fast-paced and ambiguous environment which will require a strong and resilient individual to drive a smooth and slick recruitment process and help them hire the best technology talent in the market.
You will have experience working in a tech, fintech or financial services organisation. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with senior business leaders.
