A fantastic opportunity has arisen with the digital technology arm of global organisation for a Talent Acquisition Manager leading a team to deliver on Technology hires. This is a newly created role as the digital business develops in the UK and will have the opportunity to partner with leaders in recruitment and the business to shape the recruitment strategy moving forwards.
Partnering with senior stakeholders within technology the TA Manager must understand current and future business needs and create efficient and effective plans to help the business scale. The will be responsible for establishing processes, identifying creative souring techniques and leading a small team of recruiters and resourcers to attract the best talent. They will also be directly responsible for delivering on Director and VP level hiring.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating within the technology industry and have a strong knowledge of recruiting for a growing business in this space. Previous management experience and ability to establish processes and set strategy is also key.
