My client promotes and creates innovative research and support for people with life changing illnesses across the UK. Working directly with leading professionals across fundrasing and Philanthropy they are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner for 12 month fixed term contract to join their growing team within Talent Acquisition and HR.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially focused talent acquisition professional with experience partnering with varied directorates within their business and the ability to create game changing attraction, selection and recruitment methods. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition you will drive best in class hiring practices across the organisation whilst developing strong partnerships with key HR & functional stakeholders.
Supporting two specific directorates within the organisation you will need to adapt from high volume recruitment too hard to fill roles in a specific area that will require excellent relationship building skills. You will have experience working within a large organisation working with an established HR team and varied stakeholder and client groups. Proven in-house experience recruiting mid to senior level roles through the full end to end recruitment cycle is essential. You will have a positive and 'can do' attitude and be happy to network and truly partner with your stakeholders. Experience delivering against identified metrics / KPI's in a volume professional hire environment will be key to delivering the desired outcomes of your directorates. You will have a strong understanding and proven experience of working on optimising employee branding, direct sourcing and the use of digital platforms.
This is a brilliant time to join this team of professional and well-respected Talent Acquisition partners with plenty of opportunity to make a big impact in this role and develop your career within an organisation that offers exposure to both inspirational and forward-thinking leaders.
