Talent Acquisition Partner
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage recruitment for fee earners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in direct hiring and building internal relationships.
Please note this role will require some travel to national offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment process for senior and specialist roles in professional services
- Source top talent and represent the Talent Acquisition team with enthusiasm.
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders at all levels.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with a stakeholder-focused approach.
- Report on key metrics and keep leadership informed on candidate pipelines.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Uphold company values and positively represent the firm’s ethos.
Skills required:
- Proven experience recruiting for a professional services firm.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations nationally across the UK.
- Ability to manage recruitment independently and provide guidance to others.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.
- Skilled in building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and motivating teams.
- Ability to handle complex issues and provide solutions with good judgment.
