Join the Talent Acquisition team of this leading Financial Services organisation and have responsibility for your own portfolio.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will build trusted relationships with your client groups and gain a thorough and deep understanding of the business and strategy.
You will work closely with HRBPs, leaders and hiring managers and will develop and implement talent acquisition and pipeline strategies and provide expert advice on external market knowledge.
You will identify and implement innovative and bespoke solutions to sourcing and candidate management, will ensure a seamless candidate experience, will proactively build talent pools and identify succession gaps and conduct competitor analysis.
This is a diverse role where you will use your proven recruitment skills end to manage roles end to end, influence and partner closely with the business, lead on projects and be an ambassador for the organisation.
You will hold experience gained from agency and in-house and will ideally hold some experience of technology recruitment.
This role is initially a 12 month contract.
