I am working with a financial services organisation based in Bristol to help them recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner.
As the talent Acquisition partner, you will take full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process across the organisation. You will report into the HR Business Partner and will be part of the wider HR team. This is an operational role and requires you to manage all vacancies, taking in job briefs working with your stakeholders to educate and advise them on recruitment and current market trends. You will write job adverts, source candidates using various methods to include utilising social media, CV screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews, attending interviews when required and making offers.
It's a high volume, fast paced and demanding role which requires you to be a competent and highly skilled recruiter.
To be successful in this role you will have worked within agency or in house and managed the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills along with the ability to lead and advise on recruitment best practice, market conditions and be confident in utilising various methods for candidate attraction. You will enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment where your skills and experience will play a pivotal role throughout the organisation. Your ability to work as part of a team and support the wider HR function will be a huge asset and will also allow you to gain invaluable experience.

Salary is up to £45K depending on experience. My client is offering hybrid working with 2/3 days in the office and the rest remote.
