I am delighted to be partnering with a scaling International, Financial Technology organisation on an exclusive basis to build out their internal Talent function from scratch, on a permanent basis across London.

They are on the hunt for diligent, experienced Technology, Product and Corporate Functions Recruiters who are looking to make a change in-house, drive a new function, and lead on new processes and talent pipelines globally.

This unique opportunity will push you to develop your Recruitment career, as you will advise, strategise, and innovate in a brand-new team, playing a pioneering role in the company's exciting development.

Role responsibilities:

• 360-recruitment role (sourcing, diversifying talent pools and presenting to clients)
• Collaborate with HRBPs and leading individuals to strategise and innovate in order to implement positive change
• Take ownership of the role, using individual expertise to deliver effective, unique solutions
• Establish an internal and external network, working with third-party agencies, candidates, and corporate leaders
• Act as a mentor as well as brand ambassador, embracing and promoting the company's values

Candidate experience:

• Extensive tech or corporate functions recruitment experience and relevant, wider knowledge
• Creative and forward-thinking approach
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate well
• ATS experience and knowledge of relevant online platforms to engage with candidates
• Organisational and IT skills
