My client a media brand are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner on an in 2 month during a period of growth .
Working in a busy recruitment team of 4 you will be responsible for permanent head office and specialist hires within the business. You will be managing up to 15 live roles at any 1 time following the cycle from shortlist to induction. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with key stakeholders and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. You will also be responsible for pipelining talent for future opportunities. To carry out this role you must be a strong direct sourcer and feel comfortable using multiple channels to recruit. You will be a natural relationship builder who is passionate about recruitment!
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have at least 2 years' experience in an in-house recruitment capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in the media or creative sectors.
