Talent Acquisition Partner
Our client a global diversified organization. They do own different business units under them such as retail, automotive, real estate, etc. They are currently looking to grow aggressively in Singapore and hence looking to expand their team within Singapore. They are currently looking out for a strong Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their high performing team.
Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will need to understand the hiring needs in depth and partner closely with the hiring managers and stakeholders to develop different sourcing and hiring strategies. By doing so, you will be able to successfully fulfill the business’s recruiting needs. While you are sourcing, you will be required to identify, attract, and close candidates that are aligned with the hiring plans. In addition, you will also be required to develop an efficient hiring process to ensure that you can deliver candidates that meets the hiring goals.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate ideally would require at least 3 years’ experience in Recruitment function. Prior experience working in volume recruitment will be a plus. It would be excellent if the candidate has strong interpersonal skills and is able to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively. In addition, it will be ideal with the successful candidate has prior experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages and worked in a fast-paced environment.
