Talent Acquisition Partner – Financial Technology
We’re actively supporting an international fintech firm on a newly created Talent Acquisition Partner role to be based in their growing Hong Kong office. Serving more than a billion users worldwide, they’re recognised as one of the largest fintech players in the market with a presence spread across APAC, EMEA and the US.
You’ll come in to support the growth for the Hong Kong, Japan and Korea markets covering recruitment across both tech and non-tech hiring. Aside from driving the end-to-end recruiting, you’ll also be at the forefront of developing and shaping a robust recruiting function for the firm, tapping into recruitment strategies and identifying best practices for a streamlined candidate experience. You’ll maintain and establish valuable relationships with key stakeholders within the business, ensuring excellent communication is fostered all throughout the process.
The suitable individual should bring a minimum of 5 years recruiting experience preferably covering Japan and / or Korea markets. You’ll be familiar operating in a fast-paced and global environment whilst executing quality-driven results and communication on a frequent basis. You’ll possess a strategic lens, adopting commercial awareness and be comfortable managing multiple processes at any given time.
