Talent Acquisition Partner

Join an organisation with a special and unique outlook on their staff and business.

I am currently supporting my client who is a world leading privately-owned company based in North West London, with their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner. The family owned company have continued to grow each year and continue to report strong financial results. They are incredibility proud of their company values that are centred on being part of a family and they offer a unique experience of working for a medium sized organisation, that is still run with the flexibility of a small business.

This would be an excellent career development opportunity for either an inhouse or agency recruiter from within the shipping field. It is a standalone role working closely alongside the wider HR team. You will have full autonomy and ownerships for the entire recruitment process. Stepping into the role there will be plenty of opportunity for you to shape, build on and improve the recruitment strategy. The main focus and challenge of this role will be the recruitment for the technical division, which is a narrow industry, with a high level of specialism. You will also be recruiting for the commercial division. The role will give you the opportunity to become involved in wider HR projects both locally and globally.

Culture fit is key… you will be a driven, resilient, committed and solutions focused recruiter, with a can do attitude, who can partner at a senior level. You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in: managing the end to end recruitment cycle, building recruitment processes, implementing and driving both short and long-term attraction plans and campaigns, designing and reviewing attraction tools, and building strong stakeholder relationships built on trust and credibility.

Knowledge and experience of recruiting into the technical fields within the shipping industry is essential.
