Job Description
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for helping to drive the recruitment for the brand. You will hire across all levels, confident in engaging, managing, and securing junior up to senior level positions. You will analyse hiring metrics and propose potential talent and employer branding strategies to continuously improve the process and experience. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, ensure to understand the business hiring needs and executing effectively. You will be the ambassador for a positive candidate experience, and ensure new joiners have an excellent induction to the organisation.
The Successful Candidate
To be successful in the role, you will need to have had experience operating as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition specialist within a fast-paced start-up environment. You will be confident in hiring senior level corporate positions, managing stakeholders, and posses a growth mindset to bring new ideas and perspectives into the hiring process. You will be detail-orientated and analytical to regularly propose strategic talent initiatives.
