Working with this mid-sized Financial Services Organisation as Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end to end corporate recruitment covering specialist roles within the business.
Partnering with the business you will manage all stages of the recruitment lifecycle which will include sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, coordinating the process and offer stage; you will also initiate and track all background checks and manage external recruitment agency relationships.
Experience with both internal and agency recruitment is essential where you have worked in a fast paced multi-disciplinary business, ideally within financial services or a large corporate entity.
Ideally we are looking for a mid-July start for a 5 week Temp contract with potential to extend, working full time hours based in South Melbourne.
