I am currently working with a global cloud communications business on their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This fast growing global business is looking to expand their UK recruitment team due to business growth. Reporting into the HR Director and another Recruiter in London, you'll be part of a wider global team across the US, Europe and Asia.
The business is looking for a confident recruiter with in-house experience who has recruited for both technical and non-technical roles. You will need to be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and know when to push back when necessary! Some of the key roles you'll be recruiting for are networking, infrastructure, solutions architects, pre-sales architects as well as sales and occasional back office roles (HR, marketing, finance).
The current recruiter has 25 vacancies, so when you come on board this will be shared out, to have c.8-12 at a time so a bit more manageable. The team focus on direct sourcing, so you'll bring with you a strong network and the ability to use digital marketing techniques. As a team they are also keen to look at recruitment initiatives such as running recruitment events and external networking.
Location: West London, walking distance to several tube lines
Salary: up to £45,000 but may be a bit of flexibility + bonus + benefits
After your probation period you are able to work 1 day a week from home!
